CEEN IS hiring a Human Resources Manager. This position is responsible for Human Resources; to included maintaining personnel files, obtaining criminal record checks that are clear for all employees and regular volunteers; new hire trainings, tracking of staff professional development, typing, word processing, faxing, various receptionist, and clerical duties. This position maintains accurate, up-to-date, personnel information in the online data tracking system in order to comply with the Office of Head Start s annual Program Information Report requirements; with Colorado licensing; and all other state and federal requirements. Full-time; Hourly Position; good benefits. Pay $19.15/hr. Minimum Requirements: 1. BA degree in Human Resources or Business Management. 2. One (1) year experience in Human Resources/Personnel administration 3. Knowledge of computer programs and detail-oriented. Applications and Job Descriptions avail. from 8-4 p.m. at CEEN.
